About a month ago, Michael Bublé and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, announced that their 3-year-old son, Noah, has liver cancer.
Noah is the oldest of the couple’s two children.
Bublé made the announcement via Facebook, revealing that the pair is “devastated” at the news, and that they’ll both be putting their working careers aside to invest all of their time and energy into helping Noah fight this diagnosis. He also asked for privacy during this time.
“We are devastated about the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah who is currently undergoing treatment in the U.S. We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children. Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well. At this difficult time, we ask only for your prayers and respect for our privacy. We have a long journey in front of us and hope that with the support of family, friends and fans around the world, we will win this battle, God willing.”
It has been reported that Noah was diagnosed after visiting the doctor with a suspected case of the mumps.
“If God wanted it to be discovered that way, it’s because he wants to save Noah,” Bublé’s sister-in-law, Daniela Lopilato, told the Mirror.
“Cancer is a horrible illness, but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this.”
Since the news broke, fans have sent an overwhelming amount of prayers and support via Social Media.
And those prayers are already starting to be answered in a BIG way. Firstly, doctors gave the Bublés the news that Noah has a 90 percent chance of surviving the liver cancer—and beyond that, the little tyke’s doing so well after his first stage of treatment that he gets to go home for the holidays!
The family has announced that they will be joining Noah in Los Angeles, and they couldn’t be more excited about the BEST Christmas gift they could possibly receive this year.
“This is without doubt the best present for his parents and the relatives who have been helping them out since they learnt of his cancer diagnosis,” reported an Argentinean news site.
“To celebrate this good news, their families will travel to the U.S. to spend Christmas with Noah and make it one of the most special they have had together. They are all used to spending the festive season in Vancouver but this year they will be where Noah is.”
Join us in wishing the Bublés the best and brightest California Christmas with their son by their side!🎄
Many prayers for this handsome lil’ fighter as he continues to kick some cancer butt! You can do it, kid! 🙏🏼❤️
